LustreColor takes the utmost care in producing every order. However, the need for remakes is occasionally unavoidable.
To request that we reprint items from a recent order, follow these steps:

• On your Order Status page, click on the Order Number to view the order details
• Click on the "Request a Make Over" link
• Complete and submit the simple Make Over Form.

Within a short time, you should be able to see and track your make over from your Order Status page.

Please note: Orders placed using our Budget Print or Direct Print services can only be remade for print damage.
